Barbara has been the rector at St. James since June 2008. She is a 1980 graduate of the General Theological Seminary in New York, the Episcopal Church’s oldest seminary. She previously served as interim rector at over a dozen congregations during her 20 year ministry as an interim ministry specialist. Barbara lives in Southampton with her energetic German Shepherd rescue dog.
Beth has been the Parish Administrator at St. James since October 1992. She is a member and deacon at Emmaus Road Lutheran Church in Levittown, where she lives with her husband Dave. They have two grown children and 6 grandchildren.
Jonathan has been at St. James for more than 20 years and is a graduate of Wesleyan University. He plays the organ for our traditional Sunday service and plays the piano and sings for our contemporary Saturday service. He also directs our choir and teaches the music component of the summer Vacation Bible School program. Outside of St. James, Jonathan makes his living as a piano teacher.
Dave plays and sings at our Saturday evening service and has been doing so from the time the contemporary service began. He enjoys serving the St. James family and does so with gladness. Ministering with music has been his calling since his teens.
